Hello Reservations,and thank you for your mail. In response to that mail I can only confirm that the holiday you organised on our behalf to Sharm-el-Sheik was ' without hitch' . Everything went as we expected and the travel both ways was good. The hotel, and service in general was also of very high standard.and none of my party (4 adults) found anything to complain about, which in itself is suficient recommendation in your selection and organisation for our holiday. As you can understand I was,as always,apprehensive in using an 'unused/new' company (by me,that is).but I have to say that I was most impressed with the whole package.--- so with that in mind I think my next planned trip will be to Turkey ( its usually early June) --4 adults, 2 children (age 10 & 6).----- any suggestions ??. And what would you suggest a method by which I may be able to retain the points I have remaining for this year,to be 'rolled over' to be incorporated in this proposed holiday.( even maybe paying a small deposit) towards the suggested Turkish holiday. I hope you can understand my' limited vocabular' request ! -- but if you don't please let me know and I will have ''another go''. Anyway, thank you Diane, and all your colleages who helped to organise my trip , which was most enjoyable and so well planned.--- Well done. Kind Regards Angus

Good Afternoon, hope this email finds you well today! I can honestly say, you found us a peach of a holiday, talk about the WOW! factor! We had never been on a cruise before. All I can say is that we hope that was the 1st of many! Everything went so perfect, apart from the flight from Manchester was delayed 3 hours but that soon passed and we were on our way, so excited. You know when you are on holiday and you are having such a good time, we wasn't ready to come home. No one on the ships was, we all had a fantastic time. Met so many lovely people. The people on our table were fab.We are all going to keep in touch. A couple from Yorkshire, a couple from originally Paisley, Scotland who have moved to Lytham St Annes, Nr. Blackpool. We all agreed The Azura Ship is amazing. The food & the entertainment was out of this world. So all in all it was an amazing holiday.We can't thank you enough. We can't wait to plan our next cruise, got the bug ha! Speaking to so many people they say The Panama Canal, we would also love to do the Nile Cruise. I have got to concentrate on finding a job first & foremost. I got redundant beginning of August. I have been job seeking since, not good and so hard. Once again many thanks for all your help in finding us this amazing and wonderful holiday. We will treasure the wonderful memories forever. It was Sam's 60th birthday, so special occasion to celebrate were we did, what better than The Caribbean. How are we going to top that for mine in 3.1/2 years time, we best get thinking ha! The staff were brilliant. Our Sons had arranged for Sam's birthday a Celebration Package of a Bottle of Champagne & Truffles in the room on arrival, a Special Photo & breakfast in bed, which was amazing. Also included a 1/2 bottle of Champs. I arranged a birthday cake on the night, brilliant. All the staff gather around your table and sing Happy Birthday, then all the people in the Restaurant join in. Fab! Also many thanks, as we were upgraded to the Lido deck, deck 15, amazing, everything in the vicinity. Can't stop saying how amazing it was ha! Hi Reservations The trip was excellent and the check in was quickest ever thanks to your help to check in on line.Apt and whole complex was exceptionally clean and staff very helpful.Thanks for all the help given which was refreshing after some of our problems with easy.Thanks again Wendy
Sorry about the delay in replying but what with the weather, illness and Christmas celebrations at school and church things have been rather hectic. our short break in Tenerife was excellent. The flights were on schedule despite the weather and Spanish air control strike and the seats were exactly as booked, Thanks for you work in organising our holiday. Hi Travel Department. How are you both? Lucy, you beat me today regarding emailing. So let me express my thanks for both your efforts. Marrakech was a great place and Hotel was good. Unfortunately, language difficulties could have saved us money when out there,mainly due to better descriptions of places and routes/mode of travel. The fact that we left from Gatwick and returned to Heathrow, was not picked up by me and therefore cost a further £40.00 to travel back to collect our car. This then meant we arrived at 9.20 pm at the Spa The Spa was pleasant, and staff were very friendly. In comparison to say RowHill Grange or Champneys where we have been before, they had no children as it was a retreat and so easier to relax. Nevertheless the overall experience was good. I hope this helps, I will email once I've done some more work re my next booked hols for the new year. Nice to hear from you and talk soon. kind regards D
